SeamTech quickly rose to become one of the leading businesses in seamer services, a position we proudly maintain to this day. However, the Saavedra family’s journey in the food processing industry began much earlier.

On September 27, 1920, Juan Jose Saavedra immigrated to the United States from Nogales, Mexico. He began working in the fields before opening his own fruit stand, where he packaged produce and processed traditional spices and herbs from Mexico. This marked the beginning of our remarkable journey in the food processing industry — a journey that evolved from field and factory work to rebuilding sophisticated food processing equipment.

In 2019, Brandon Saavedra assumed the role of active president. Like his father and grandfather before him, Brandon is a visionary leader. He immediately began implementing strategic changes to the business, giving rise to SeamTech Global.

In 2020, we proudly launched SeamTech Global’s own brand of food processing machinery. Today, SeamTech Global offers a comprehensive range of expertise — from manufacturing, packaging, and materials handling to process optimization, plant design, implementation, and beyond.
